Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026 · Italiano

1. What PitchPoint is

PitchPoint is a mobile platform (MVP) that connects entrepreneurs with investors via short video pitches (30–90 seconds). The service is in early stage, some features are mocked (e.g. payments) and may change.

2. Eligibility

To use PitchPoint you must be 16+ and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you represent a company or investment fund, you confirm you have authority to accept on its behalf.

3. Account and role

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secret and immediately report any unauthorized use. You can register as entrepreneur or investor — some features are restricted to a single role.

4. Content and intellectual property

You keep all IP rights to the content you upload (video pitches, project descriptions, images). You grant PitchPoint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, display and process that content for the sole purpose of running the service (e.g. showing it in the feed to target investors). Projects are visible only to app users, unless you turn on a project's «Public page»: then that project's video pitch, title and description are visible to anyone with the link and in the showcase on pitchpoint.es. You can turn it off at any time.

5. What you cannot do

You may not: upload videos or avatars generated entirely by AI without disclosure; spam or send unsolicited messages; harass, insult or discriminate against other users; post illegal, defamatory or rights-infringing content; attempt to hack the platform or reverse-engineer the code; use multiple accounts to inflate metrics. Automated moderation may remove comments that break these rules.

6. Payments (future)

The Pro plan is currently "Coming soon" and no payment is actually processed. When we enable real payments we will use a third-party PSP (e.g. Stripe) and will ask explicit consent before any charge.

7. Dealings between users: money, agreements and investments

PitchPoint is only a tool to meet and communicate: an information society intermediary service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). PitchPoint and its owner, including the CEO: (a) take no part in, do not guarantee and are not a party to any agreement, investment, contract, collaboration or transaction between users, which binds only the people who make it (art. 1257 of the Spanish Civil Code); (b) do not receive, hold or transfer money on behalf of users and do not provide investment, financial advice, payment or crowdfunding services (Spanish Law 6/2023 on Securities Markets and Investment Services; Regulation (EU) 2020/1503; Royal Decree-law 19/2018); (c) do not verify what users state about themselves or their projects. Payments between users are not allowed on PitchPoint: you may not use the platform to request, offer or make payments or to exchange payment details (IBANs, cards, crypto-assets, payment links). Messages containing them are blocked and breaches may lead to account suspension. Never send money, bank details or identity documents to other users: PitchPoint will never ask you for payments in chat. Before any agreement, investment or collaboration we recommend that you get independent professional advice (lawyer, accountant, licensed financial adviser) and put everything in writing. Report any suspicious request right away with the "Report" feature: we will act as soon as we become aware of it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitchPoint is not liable for losses or damages arising from agreements or transactions between users; liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1102 of the Spanish Civil Code) and mandatory consumer rights (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

PitchPoint is provided "as is" during MVP/beta. We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, continued availability or outcome of any interaction between entrepreneur and investor. We are not liable for deals, investments or transactions users conclude through the platform.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Clauses on IP, limitation of liability and venue survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update the Terms. Significant changes will be notified in the app before becoming effective.

11. Governing law

Italian law applies. Exclusive venue: Milan, Italy, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
