Frequently asked questions
What is PitchPoint?
PitchPoint is a free social platform for ideas. Anyone with an idea, a startup or a prototype presents it in a 30-60 second video; people discover it in a vertical feed, compare it with other ideas and say whether it has a future.
How long is a pitch?
Between 30 and 60 seconds. Short enough to be watched to the end, long enough to explain the problem, your solution and where you are today.
Is it free?
Yes. Publishing a pitch on PitchPoint is free for founders.
Do I need a company, a pitch deck or investors already?
No. You can publish an idea, an early startup or a prototype. Many people on PitchPoint are at the very beginning.
In which languages can people watch my pitch?
Subtitles are generated and translated automatically into 21 languages, so a pitch recorded in Spanish, Italian or Japanese can be understood in other countries.
Who can see my pitch?
Pitches are seen by people on PitchPoint. A public web page for your project is created only if you turn it on.
Do I keep the rights to my video?
Yes. Founders keep all rights to their videos (see the Terms).
Where can I use PitchPoint?
On the web at pitchpoint.es. The iPhone app is in beta before the App Store launch, and an Android app is planned.
Who is behind PitchPoint?
PitchPoint was founded in 2026 by Tommaso Flaminio, an Italian founder based in Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain). It is bootstrapped.
